Daniel Ewusi Awuku is a budding lawyer and an associate of the firm.
Prior to his call to the bar, Daniel obtained degrees in Political Studies and Law from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and the University of Ghana respectively. He also has various certifications from the Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies, Harvard University and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)
Daniel has, since becoming a lawyer, quickly developed into a go-to person for legal research for legal opinions and written submissions.
He has represented clients in matters involving debt recovery, land litigation, industrial disputes, land transactions, commercial agreements, intellectual property rights, divorce and other matrimonial causes. Daniel has also served as a Company Secretary for a leading company in Ghana and facilitated the incorporation of several others.
An avid reader and writer, he has published work on the 1992 Constitution of Ghana and seeks to uphold its provisions in the superior courts.
